Weird Japanese Body Modification

This extreme body modification is growing in popularity in Japan. I don't really know why they mutilate themself in this way. People make saline inflations in foreheads and arms to make them look deformed, large and weird. Saline inflations aren’t permanent but this still looks scarry.
